The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) of Cyprus sought to modernize its monitoring approach for research and innovation funding. Amec-con was engaged to deliver methodological advice for the design of a centralized system capable of providing real-time, customized data for statistical analysis.
Our work included a thorough scope analysis, extensive data collection, and the definition of key indicators—ensuring the system would support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement. The outcome: a scalable, robust framework enabling the RIF to track funding performance, enhance transparency, and drive better outcomes across the Cypriot R&I ecosystem.
