To help Cyprus maintain a competitive edge in research and innovation, Amec-con contributed to the update of the country’s Smart Specialisation Strategy (RIS3). The study focused on reviewing and proposing revisions for priority sectors and focus areas, providing actionable recommendations to the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF).
Through comprehensive analysis and stakeholder engagement, we helped align Cyprus’ R&I roadmap with emerging opportunities and societal needs. The results informed the design of new funding schemes, strengthening Cyprus’ position as a forward-thinking hub for smart, sustainable innovation.
