Amec-con undertook an interim evaluation of two vital strands of research and innovation funding for Cyprus: the national RESTART 2016–2020 programme and participation in the EU’s Horizon 2020 (H2020) framework.
The study provided a detailed analysis of funding effectiveness, stakeholder participation, and program outcomes. Our evaluation identified key achievements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, offering recommendations to maximize impact in future R&I initiatives. The insights informed policymakers and stakeholders, contributing to more strategic investments and enhanced competitiveness in the European research landscape.
